Service Description

Services include accompanying the entire process from beginning to end or part of the process as required by the institution. Processes may include defining strategic goals, strategies, initiatives, timelines, task-leaders, milestones, and alignment between academic units. The service also may include assistance with academic unit identity development, and definition of values. Cost: $25,000. Price does not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses.
