Career Mentoring
Dr. Saghiv's career mentoring is meant for people that are undecided in regards to their future study field of choice. While Dr. Saghiv recommend starting the process at ages 15 - 16 years, the process can take place at any age. Dr. Saghiv's career mentoring services may include identifying possible areas of interest, understanding what is profession does, which academic studies are needed to be in the chosen profession, optimizing proactive actions to better your understanding, application, and acceptance rate. Cost: $85 per hour.
Financial Mentoring
Dr. Saghiv's financial mentoring is meant to survey ways to decrease the cost of obtaining an education or academic degree. Dr. Saghiv's financial mentoring may include seeking scholarships, alternative ways to take the same courses, transferring-in external credits, and more. Cost: $85 per hour.
Applying and Interviewing
Dr. Saghiv's mentoring is meant to survey best practices and actions to increase the chances of being accepted to an academic program/degree of choice. Dr. Saghiv's mentoring may include the analysis of several programs/degrees, explaining the application process, assisting with the application, identifying and phrasing a career goal statement, obtaining references, revising documents, learning how to interview in-person, via video, and via phone, and more. Cost: $85 per hour.
Research Mentoring
Dr. Saghiv's mentoring is meant to accommodate the needs of undergraduate and graduate students, junior faculty, and researchers in general. Services may include brainstorming ideas and research questions, advisement in regards to the entire research and data collection processes, data analysis, dissemination, etc. Services may also include guidance on how to structure and write a research project/thesis, revisions and proofreading, and mentoring on how to best defend a research project/thesis. Cost: $85 per hour; $200 per chapter; $400 per defense mentoring; $1,200 for an all inclusive services package.
Transferring Successfully
Dr. Saghiv's mentoring is meant to accommodate the needs of undergraduate and graduate students, seeking to continue their academic studies in a different academic institution. Services may include identifying potential institutions to transfer to, identifying the right contact people at the intended institution, identifying the most beneficial route of transferring to take, consultation regard credit and course transfer, etc. Cost: $85 per hour.
Job Hunting
Interviewing Mentoring
Dr. Saghiv's mentoring is meant to teach you about the job hunting process and its stages, how to prepare for an interview, how to excel during an interview, and what to expect after an interview. Cost: $85 per hour.
Mock Interviews
Mock interviews are realistic simulations of job interviews from beginning to end, as if it was your actual future interview for a job. Cost: $100 per mock interview. Cost includes a summary after the mock interview with advice on how to do better next time.
Resume & CV Review
Services may include review of your resume and/or CV, suggestions as to its structure, design, style, and language. Cost: $75 per cycle of review.
Cover Letter Review

Program Student Learning Outcomes (PSLO)
The program student learning outcomes are 3-5 outcomes that represent the upmost abilities the entire program leads towards. These outcomes are the culmination of all that has been taught and experienced in the program. While they tend to be complex and multi-factorial in nature, they can often be simply defined. Dr. Saghiv's offers you a plethora of experience in well defining academic program student learning outcomes. We are happy to help. Cost: $500. Price does not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses.
Course Student Learning Outcomes (CSLO)
The course student learning outcomes are 3-5 outcomes that represent the upmost abilities the entire course leads towards. These outcomes are the culmination of all that has been taught and experienced in the course. While they tend to be multi-factorial in nature, they can often be simply defined while using Bloom's Taxonomy. Dr. Saghiv's offers you a plethora of experience in well defining academic course student learning outcomes. We are happy to help. Cost: $100/course or $1,500 for all courses.
