Program Development

Enjoy my professional mentorship from the very initial stages of developing a new academic program, through the very end of the process. Cost: $5,000 per program. Program Review

Benefit from the professional review of your existing academic program. Make sure that your program meets all regional and profession-specific accreditation requirements. Cost: $2,000 / program. Price does not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. A program includes a major and up to three professional tracks. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses). 

 

Accreditation Preparation

Accreditation is important to the sustainability and viability of your academic program. Make sure that your program is ready for the profession-specific accreditation process. This may include initial program accreditation or renewal of the program's accreditation. Cost: $1,500. Price does not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. A program includes a major and up to three professional tracks. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses). 

 

Program Student Learning Outcomes (PSLO)

The program student learning outcomes are 3-5 outcomes that represent the upmost abilities the entire program leads towards. These outcomes are the culmination of all that has been taught and experienced in the program. While they tend to be complex and multi-factorial in nature, they can often be simply defined. I offer you a plethora of experience in well defining academic program student learning outcomes. I am happy to help. Cost: $500 per program. Price does not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. A program includes a major and up to three professional tracks. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses). 

 

Course Student Learning Outcomes (CSLO)

The course student learning outcomes are 3-5 outcomes that represent the upmost abilities the entire course leads towards. These outcomes are the culmination of all that has been taught and experienced in the course. While they tend to be multi-factorial in nature, they can often be simply defined while using Bloom's Taxonomy. I offer you a plethora of experience in well defining academic course student learning outcomes. I am happy to help. Cost: $100 per course up to 15 courses or $1,500 for the first 15 courses and an additional $50 per course thereafter. Prices do not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. A singe course includes a a structured unit of study. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses). 

Academic Strategic Planning

Entire University

Services include accompanying the entire process from beginning to end or part of the process as required by the institution. Processes may include defining strategic goals, strategies, initiatives, timelines, task-leaders, milestones, and alignment between academic units. The service also may include assistance with academic unit identity development, and definition of values. Cost: $30,000 when all colleges/schools are involved. Prices do not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses). 

 

College/School

Services include accompanying the entire process from beginning to end or part of the process as required by the academic unit. Processes may include defining strategic goals, strategies, initiatives, timelines, task-leaders, milestones, and alignment between academic units. The service also may include assistance with academic unit identity development, and definition of values. Cost: $7,500 per single college/school. Prices do not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses). 

 

Department/Program

Services include accompanying the entire process from beginning to end or part of the process as required by the academic unit. Processes may include defining strategic goals, strategies, initiatives, timelines, task-leaders, milestones, and alignment between academic units. The service also may include assistance with academic unit identity development, and definition of values. Cost: $3,000. not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. Identity Development

Services include the establishment of the importance and applications of the identity, development of an identity to include vision, mission, and values. Cost: Entire institution - $4,000;  College/School - $3,000; Department - $2,000; Prices do not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses). 

 

Values Definition

Services include the establishment of the importance and applications of values, identifying the values for the academic unit, phrasing them, and application. Cost: Entire institution - $2,000;  College/School - $1,000; Department - $350; Prices do not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses).
