Additionally, I aim to price my services fairly, relevant to the service and quality offered. The success of my services is rooted in a process that is centered around you, your goals, and your needs. I offer a variety of job seeking and talent acquisition services focused on the options below.

Job Seekers

Interviewing Mentoring

My mentoring is meant to teach you about the job hunting process and its stages, how to prepare for an interview, how to excel during an interview, and what to expect after an interview. Cost: $85 per hour.

 

Mock Interviews

Mock interviews are realistic simulations of job interviews from beginning to end, as if it was your actual future interview for a job. Cost: $100 per mock interview. Cost includes a summary after the mock interview with advice on how to do better next time.

 

Resume & CV Review

Services may include review of your resume and/or CV, suggestions as to its structure, design, style, and language. Cost: $75 per one cycle of review for each type of document separately. $125 per one cycle of review for both resume and CV.

 

Cover Letter Review

Services may include review of your cover letter, suggestions as to its structure, design, style, and language. Cost: $75 per one cycle of review.

Employers/Talent Acquisition

Single Candidate Review

My service may include a thorough examination of the candidate's resume and/or CV, a specific analysis according to the criteria established by the employer, insights, and suggestions as to future steps in general and specific to the candidate discussed. Cost: $500 per executive candidate. $250 per non-executive candidate. Costs include up to two cycles of documents review, up to two consultation meetings with the employer, up to cycles of written reports, and up to two visits with the candidate (via phone and/or video).

Multiple Candidate Review

My service may include a thorough examination of the candidates' resumes and/or CVs, a specific analysis according to the criteria established by the employer, insights, and suggestions as to future steps in general and specific to a specific candidate discussed. Cost: $500 per executive candidate. $250 per non-executive candidate. Costs include up to two cycles of documents review, up to two consultation meetings with the employer, up to cycles of written reports, and up to two visits with the candidate (via phone and/or video). Cost: $2,000 initiation fee + $100 per candidate thereafter.

Talent Acquisition Process Review and/or Development

My service may include a thorough examination of the talent acquisition process utilized currently or the development of such a process. In the case of a review of an existing talent acquisition process, the process includes a complete BABOK-based gap analysis. Cost: $500 per process review and improvement. $1,250 per process development.
