Expert Opinion
I strive to provide high quality, high effectiveness, and high efficiency services to my students, peers, and clients. Additionally, I aim to price my services fairly, relevant to the service and quality offered. The success of my services is rooted in a process that is centered around you, your goals, and your needs. I offer a variety of expert opinion services focused on the options below.
Single Expert Consultation Session
Includes learning the facts of your case, and/or visiting with you and/or your team. Cost includes 60 minutes of in-person and/or remote visiting. Cost: $250 per hour.
Written Expert Opinion Option I
Includes a detailed and written (MS Word and/or PDF files) expert opinion that is based on materials receive (as received), up to 10 hours of visiting with you and/or your team. Does not include appearing in court. An hour includes 60 minutes. Cost: $3,500.
Written Expert Opinion Option II
Includes a detailed and written (MS Word and/or PDF files) expert opinion that is based on materials receive (as received), up to 20 hours of visiting with you and/or your team. Does not include appearing in court. An hour includes 60 minutes. Cost: $6,000.

Written Expert Opinion Option III
Includes a detailed and written (MS Word and/or PDF files) expert opinion that is based on materials receive (as received), up to 50 hours of visiting with you and/or your team. Does not include appearing in court. An hour includes 60 minutes. Cost: $10,000 + $150 per hour for every additional hour beyond the 50th hour of consultation.

Expert Testimony in Court
Cost: $1,000 per day of testimony in court. A day includes up to 8 hours straight of testimony on the same calendar date and year. $300 per single hour of testimony in court. An hour includes 60 minutes straight of testimony (excluding breaks up to one hour in length) on the same calendar date and year. Every additional day at court will cost $600 per day (as defined above).

Prices mentioned above do not include travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses according to sums agreed upon prior. Remote advising is optional (removing or reducing possible travel, lodging, food, or other relevant expenses).
